Hi, I'm Justin 👋

My story is filled with blessings through the adversity I faced. I grew up in a blue-collar construction family, and I was the youngest of five boys. At the age of 10, a snowmobile accident almost killed me. Doctors told me I’d never talk again, and possibly never be able to even eat food again. After more than 30 surgeries and countless hours of therapy, I applied my family’s blue collar work ethic to overcome the odds to do both, and go on to a highly successful career in sales.

With no corporate experience and no one to turn to for help as the first one in my family to graduate from college, I thought work ethic was all I needed. I was dead wrong. I fell flat on my face in my first year in sales, making $0 in commission. But instead of quitting, I invested in training and coaching, and absorbed as much as I could to transform my career and my life. And with the combination of the right skills paired with a blue collar work ethic I was able to turn my life around.

I then went on to accomplish things that I couldn’t dream of as a child including:

  • Being the number 1 Sales rep in 4 different roles at Salesforce
  • Helping scale a startup to a nine-figure exit at the age of 25
  • Becoming a Chief Revenue Officer by the age of 33
  • Being recognized as one of the top CRO’s in tech by 34

Soon after accomplishing that final goal, I retired to pursue a career in coaching. In a role as a CRO there is only so much one can teach, and so many people one can reach. As a coach, I have set out on a mission to help 100,000 Sales people achieve their goals by mastering what I call “The 3 C’s
